Michael J. Fox • President, Buckingham Construction Corporation
Mr. Fox is President of Buckingham Construction Corporation and is responsible for risk management, safety, project management, estimating, sales, conceptual design, value engineering, and quality control. Mike has been critically involved in the construction and development of over $400 million of commercial, industrial, office, medical, student housing and multi-family facilities throughout the Midwest. Mr. Fox previously was the President of Paragon General Contractors, Inc. and worked in sales management and project management for Greenfield Builders and was Vice President of Greenwalt Development, Inc. An economics major from Indiana University, Mr. Fox has worked in the construction and real estate development field for more than 23 years. Client service and satisfaction remain his priority. Mike is active in many local community organizations and philanthropies. He is currently active as a youth sports coach at First Baptist Athletics, St. Luke Catholic School, a member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety (MICCS), United States Green Building Council (USGBC), International Center for Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a board member for the Indiana Construction Roundtable (ICR) . Mike is a licensed real estate salesperson in Indiana. Mr. Fox was a past President of Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO), a past school commission member of St. Luke Catholic School, Co-chair of the Wellness Community Golf Event, Executive Committee Member of the Lambda Corporation of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and past member on the Leadership Committee for the Hoosier Oncology Group.



Charlie Hill • Director of Business Development, Buckingham Construction Corporation
As Director of Business Development for Buckingham Construction Corporation, Charlie Hill pursues and secures commercial construction opportunities, as well as multi-family and student housing third party construction projects. Prior to joining Buckingham, Charlie served as President at Paragon General Contractors and was responsible for operations of the firm and was the driving force generating much of the company’s new and repeat construction business.


Before joining Paragon in 2000 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Charlie was Vice President of Sales for Faerber’s Bee Window. He also served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for North American Roofing Systems where his projects included Market Square Arena in Indianapolis and national account work for JC Penney and K-Mart. Charlie obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Hanover College and holds a real estate license in the state of Indiana.



Tony Anderson • Vice President of Operations
Tony joined Buckingham Construction Corporation in 2008 and was promoted to Vice President of Operation in January of 2011. Tony oversees all of the construction operation as well as building relationships with new clients and managing the construction team. The goal was to enhance client relationships, field production, site coordination, scheduling, and project financial control. His immediate impact improved the operational success and company performance. With nearly 20 years of construction management experience, Tony has been involved with fast/track commercial and multifamily construction. Prior to Buckingham, Tony worked for Dillon Construction Group as Vice President of Construction, Greenfield Companies and Corna/Kosing Construction in Ohio. Tony's skills include design build construction, estimating, cost control, scheduling, value engineering/constructability review, negotiation and administration of contracts, scheduling and field organization. Tony is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Building Construction and Contracting.



Timothy Roberts • Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager, Tim Roberts has the responsibility of overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process. Prior to joining Buckingham, Tim worked for Paragon General Contractors, Inc. as Vice President and Senior Project Manager for nine (9) years. Tim worked as project manager for Eden Enterprises and was co-owner of an interior finish firm for several years. His extensive experience includes a variety of commercial projects, including large retail projects, industrial facilities, medical facilities, and offices. Tim attended Purdue University, majoring in construction technology, and is a Certified Professional Constructor. He currently is a member of the American Institute of Constructors.



Steve Shaver • Project Manager
Steve started with Buckingham in 2005. As Project Manager, Steve’s responsibilities at Buckingham Construction include pre-construction design, estimating, scheduling, and overall construction management. He has valuable experience in a variety of projects including residential, mixed use, multi family, land development, medical, and most recently a LEED qualified project. Prior to coming to Buckingham, Steve managed the construction of several large single family developments for M/I Homes Inc. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Purdue University and also holds an Indiana real estate sales person license.


Jim Woodworth • Estimator
Jim Woodworth joined Buckingham Construction Corporation in 2009. Jim previously worked for Paragon General Contractors, Inc. as Estimator with the responsibility of preparing estimates according to each project's scope and soliciting bids from subcontractors. Prior to joining Paragon, Jim worked at Kite Realty Group as an Estimator, and spent some time as a self-employed residential home builder. Jim graduated with a B.S. from Indiana University.



Steve Nestor • Senior Multifamily Estimator
As Senior Multifamily Estimator, Steve is responsible for producing conceptual estimates as well as hard dollar construction estimates for all multifamily projects. Steve has over 30 years experience in the field of single family and multifamily construction, estimating, project management and material procurement. He has been directly involved at some level with the construction of over 2,500 apartments throughout the Midwest and Virginia. Steve’s also works closely with our design teams to insure plans and specifications stay within defined scope and budget. Steve is expert in the use of Timberline Estimating software and is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators.
